When Love is not enough

In a relationship, there are many ingredients. Trust, respect, communication, patience among others.

But most especially, there should be love. Love alone is not enough.

It may be thought that there's no perfect relationship but there are ones close to it.

I can say I felt my relationship was close.

But..

As they say, good things never last.
I have regrets but now I'm trying to patch things up. It was my fault. (accepting it was the first step)

Then, next step is to be a better person. I realized a lot of things. I assessed myself and acknowledged that I have should have been fair, patient and selfless.

The third step is to show him how sincerely sorry I am. Hopefully, he feels it.

I have lots of wishes. I hope they come true.

I am hoping.

My Mommy Lola's 80th! ❤

One of the reasons why my relatives from Australia and USA went home to the Philippines is to celebrate our Lola's 80th birthday!
I am one of those who organized it!
Our theme: green and elegance. Venue is Patio Ibarra.

We were all wearing green! There were dance presentations, lovely messages and photo booth for this celebration!
Of course, there was video presentation about the beginnings and legacies of Mommy Lola that was created by yours truly!

  

It was an enjoyable and elegant night! Thanks for my loving family who is always game! :)

Thanks also to those who came and made my Grandma happy!

Casa Filipino Lunch Date

Last August 12, my relatives from Australia came to the Philippines.
As a welcome party, my family treated them in Casa Filipino.

 We chose this restaurant since we assumed they really miss Filipino food and we want it to be Eat all you can buffet so this is the perfect choice for a family event like this! :)

What I love about this: the place is like a house. The ambiance is homey and we can talk about anything. Unfortunately, the food do not have much variety and nevertheless, we enjoyed it especially we miss each other!

As they say, a family that eats together, stays together.
