This 2024, I claim to have more milestones, changes for the better, good health (physical & mental) and peace of mind. No to negativity and toxic people. I will focus more on what matters and important. It is time to FILTER.
Unfortunately, most of these wishes and claims did not happen especially the health part. Let’s dig one by one.
Health
- Not sure what happened but this year, I cannot count how many times I’ve been in a clinic.
I got injured on my left foot twice, skin issues, back pain, weight/walk, etc
- Even my mental health was affected, I broke down at work (more on fed up / burn out).
- But thankfully, I am still alive.
Career & Business
- As I’ve mentioned, there was a time that I was burnt out because I’m doing sales which is not my cup of tea. But good thing, my bosses understood.
- I am outside my comfort zone with all events - small and big. With my age, I’m glad to acquire more skills doing all these stuff in my career.
- More sales in businesses (Thank You Lord) which means mostly I felt that 24 hrs a day is not enough haha.
- Hopefully more results and happiness next year!
Family & Relationships
- I was able to go home still in January and saw my parents in Thailand last April.
- My family and parents are healthy. We are all well thank You Lord!
- Still same same with my bf of 17 years lol
- So far so good, my cats are doing well too.
Myself & Travel
- I was able to travel to 1 new country this year which was Azerbaijan on my birthday! Yay it was a great experience to travel on my special day — my first time and hopefully not the last.
- I went to Thailand twice this year for business and pleasure.
- Can’t wait for next year’s travels — better book tickets early haha!
- I celebrated my 10th year abroad and 20th anniversary of this blog! I’m really a long term person haha!
Overall, as I looked back, 2024 is up and down. Nothing is perfect and it means things will get better in the future.
Thank you 2024! I am still grateful!
