Life Changing 2014

"2014 will be awesome. 2014 will be interesting. 2014 will be life changing."

Those words are from my last year ender post.

Because I knew my life will change 180 degree. 

If you will ask me, how's my 2014? 

It was a ROLLER COASTER ride. 

There were ups, there were downs.

There were first times. There were unforgettable moments. 

- I was hospitalized. 

- I resigned in the first company I was hired that was great and gave me a lot of fun! 

- I left home, my family and loved ones in the Philippines.

- I went abroad all by myself, to Singapore then to Dubai.

- I experienced being interviewed for several times and it was nervewracking as I was exposed to different nationalities.

- I experienced the worst in my work, being pressured, being shouted, being pushed to the wall.

- I endured all the challenges, the pain and tears I cried.

- I went to different, unique destinations I will never forget.

- I attended a Vice Ganda concert in Dubai! 

- I was surprised for three times on my Birthday ❤️

- I was a bridesmaid for the first time at my Kuya's wedding! 

There were lots of moments and events happened this year (and those on the list is what I remembered). 

I learned a LOT. I matured a lot! 

The game is on. I am in a battlefield.

Next year, I have to be strong. 

Strong enough to endure all the challenges coming. 

My 2014 is all about taking the RISK.

There were times I felt I should not done this, that, 

But I kept holding on, that these experiences, good and bad, are all LEARNINGS.

I do not have regrets. 

I am proud that I have taken the risk.

"2014 will be awesome. 2014 will be interesting. 2014 will be life changing."

-- Guess this is true. 

Now, 2015 is coming. 

Lets get it on.

I am HOME this Christmas!

You read it right. I am currently home here in the Philippines!

How awesome is that! Sorry for being secretive haha! I don't want to release my "big" news online until I actually landed. 

I flew from Dubai to PH via Cebu Pacific flight last December 23 to celebrate the holidays with my family and to attend my big brother's wedding! Woohooo! 

I was fortunate enough to be approved by my boss to think the event was short noticed and I was just less than a year old to actually have a leave already!

God is so good to make all these things possible! :)

This holiday is the highlight of my 2014! 

(Wait for my year ender post why I concluded LOL) :D

Because this is the happiest I have been to! ❤️ 

So far,  I had Noche Buena, Christmas lunch date with my family, get together kantahan with my CoE girlfriends and family Christmas reunion in the house!

And most of all, my big brother's wedding! It is the first one in the family so it is really a HUGE event for us! Huge enough for me (from Dubai) and for our relatives from Australia to come home!

I am one of the bridesmaids! My first time to become one hihi! (I was Junior bridesmaid in the past)

Congrats and best wishes Bro & Ate Darl!

Weee! We have an addition in the family! Sana I will have a pamangkin soon hihi 😁

Then I had a massage and dinner date with Levs and our mentor, Dad Francis!

And just today, we attended our family reunion in Laguna :) (which I don't have enough photos hahaha)

It was super fun though, :)

Thank you Lord for all these events which I will never forget! I love my family!!!

OMG!!!! HAPPY 10 YEARS!!

OMG. 

I just realized that this blog is 10 YEARS OLD! 

I cannot believe it. I have been blogging for 10 years now. 

Imagine that? 

I was 15 years old when I started this one. 

When you browsed on my first posts, it was about failed love, love that was not given back.

Then it became about my high school and college life, my rants, experiences and opinions. I was talking in Tagalog that time. 

As I graduated, it became about my career life, this is also the time I had my lovelife haha! I had travels and dates!

Then now, living abroad is what I am sharing. 

HOW TIME FLIES!

I learned a lot because of blogging.

- I learned how to convey my ideas in English better.

- I discovered how I matured and how silly I was when I was younger. 

- I have this online space where I am proud and I am able to backtrack what happened to me.

OH MY GOSH.

My feelings are overflowing.

Cheers to 10 years! 🎉

LDR Again

So Levi went to the Philippines to attend his sister's debut. 

And we welcome ourselves to a short Long distance relationship. 

This time, we switched places. 

He is in the Philippines while I am here in Dubai. 

And what I am feeling is like I am totally a OFW. Really away from home, from my family.

But then, I am getting used to this. 

I will be okay. I know I am stronger now in mind, heart and soul. :)

I have to. :)

How time flies!

It is now the end of the year. 

It is now DECEMBER. 

Traditionally, when this month comes, everyone is excited, especially back home. 

Deep inside, yes, I am excited.

And that makes me positive in the future. 

That I will be more than happy. 

This month will be colorful and unforgettable. 

Yes, this will be a highlight of my 2014.
