Food and Friendship Overload

Friends come and go.. but few remain.

College friends - October 13, 2012
The supposed to be event that "Team Balance" should met pushed through except that we are only 3.
"Team Balance" is the name of my group wayback in college. It was my turn to treat them (I agreed because October was my birthday month LOL!).

We ate at Banana Leaf, Greenhills.

I was only with Levi and Nhery but I was happy! We ate a lot since I had a 1,500 peso voucher so we have to finish food that worth! HAHA! :)

After the dinner, we went to Timezone to play basketball! Out of 5 or 6 games, I won 1 game vs the 3 of us and won 2 vs Levi! I'm proud! Oh yeah!

But my luck didn't appear when I played a driving game! T_T But I had fun, really!:)
'Till next bonding day! Nhery, I miss you and you look more beautiful now that you're thicker! :p

High school friends - October 26, 2012

Pikselot had a reunion! :)
After Pam's treat, it's Mela and my turn!
And we ate at the fabulous Buffet 101, Mall of Asia.

Levi was there to be our photographer and he shot stolen pictures which are funny! Here's some:

There were variety of food and we were full not only with what we ate but we talked about!
There are revelations which made us think, OMG! We were not that young anymore! :)
It was nice that we really matured! I can't wait for our next bonding, there will be something new! YEY!

Some changes.. but I know our friendship will stay until our lifetime. :)
Thank you, my friends! I love you all!

Oh Hello BOHOL :)

I really want to see the beautiful Bohol and it came true last October 15-17, 2012.
I went to this place with my parents and sisters.

This was a piso fare ride that I booked last January. OMG. It was so worth it! :)

DAY 1: Panglao Tour

We stayed to which my brother suggested: Bohol Coco Farm and we did the right choice!:)

It was simply amazing! The ambiance was relaxing.
The wind, the place, the details, oh simple life, happy life! :)
I love the details!
Healthy merienda: Nilamaw na Butong, Buko Shake and Veggie Burger

We don't have plans in our first day but Julie (owner of Bohol Coco Farm) suggested to try Panglao Tour and we agreed.

Our first stop is Bohol Bee Farm

We tried their famous Malunggay ice cream which is too sweet! I love the cassava cone! Yummmyy! :)

Then we visited Hinagdanan cave, my mom's highlight of the tour.

The tour guy was so funny and he informed us about the cave's history. He was also great in taking pictures of us! This is one of it! :)

This inspires my Mom to really go to Palawan for the underground river! :)

Then we went to the Nova Shell Musuem and the oldest tower (I can't remember its name!).

Our tour ended in Alona Beach!:)

We saw the sunset! Weee. Sadly we weren't able to swim because we have to go to our cousin's house.

Ate Ni-Ay's beautiful Sala
I never thought I will have relatives who resides in Bohol. So there, I have one! It's Ate Ni-Ay and we visited her beautiful and big house! :)

After that, we went to the mall to buy some pasalubong and ate dinner at Payag Restaurant! :)

DAY 2: Countryside Tour

Our day started good upon hearing Christian songs playing in the farm resort! And also, the breakfast was delicious and natural! :)

We had our Countryside Tour on our second day as planned and it started with the famous TARSIERS!:)
They are the smallest primate and they are endangered!

Then we saw the Man made forest and walked in the Hanging Bridge! So cool!

Ofcourse, we won't forget our visit in the famous Chocolate Hills! It was an amazing view!!
I love its beauty!:)

We were then full with our Loboc river cruise lunch!! It's a buffet, my favorite!:)
We also had a side trip in Ati Tribe where I climbed a very large crab!! We're at the top!! Woohoo!

And it did not stop there! We visited "Prony", the large python and met Marimar! :)
Our hair also experienced real butterflies! Love it!:)

Our tour ended with a visit in Baclayon Church and Blood compact.

Our day was well-spent!:) We went back to our accommodation and ate our dinner there! Tried a lot of new dishes such as Coco Pancit and crispy talong! All yummy, I tell you!:)

It's really more fun in the Philippines and more fun travelling with my family! :)

Happy ME @ 23 :)

Having a happy life is blessing from God.

I celebrated my birthday twice.
The first one was in the house with my family last October 7.

This happened after attending Feast Pasig. I didn't forget to thank God for all the blessings and for my beautiful and colorful life. I thank my family for the food served. We were assigned to each food and mine was the lasagna cooked with love by my sistah, Ate Jacqui! :)

I really love my family for making me special and I know they love me too!:)

Then on my birthday itself (October 9), I took a leave from the office and got a surprise from my Honey!

I was that haggard one! HAHA! Levi went to our house to surprise me! He's so sweet!:)
When I went upstairs to my room to get myself fix, a bouquet of flowers with stargazers and korean roses welcomed me! I was teary eyed because I didn't expect it! (And I didn't have flowers on our anniversary so I was really touched this time.)

He even took a video of me and uploaded the one he made! It was his first time to do that and I was deeply amazed! He really loves me!:)

Then we went to Vikings for our lunch. But before we were there, on our way, there was rain and that meant blessings to come my way! YEY! :)

We ate a lot! I ate a lot especially the tempura that's very delicious!! As in!:)
Vikings also offered birthday celebrants a birthday song and a mini cupcake birthday greeting. Weee!

A kiss from my Honey!

Thank you for my loved ones who made extra effort to make me feel special and loved on my birthday.
Thank You Lord for my happy and beautiful life!

I am now 23 and loving it.
I choose to be happy. :)

A sneak peek.

It was my birthday yesterday and I felt loved and very special.
One of the things that brought me happiness was the people who remembered to greet me.
There were few loved ones who took extra mile to greet me. :)

It was Sunday when I celebrated my birthday with my family.
My sister made my favorite pasta of all time: LASAGNA!

This is my share but my sister was the one who cooked it with LOVE! <3 p="p">
Thank you sistah and your lasagna is the BEST! As in! :)
Then before the day of my birth, I was greeted by my lovely cousins (one from my Father's side and one from my Mother's side).

gg

Then I was greeted by some of my friends in FB on my special day!:)

I was really touched by Nhery's greeting for me! T_T
It was lovely!

Then my loving sisters greeted me with our picture together. Sweetness!

Thank you to my family and friends for the greetings.
Some are expected because my birthday was all out in Facebook.
But I am still grateful.

Thank You Lord for a blessed life! Thank You for my beautiful life!
Happy 23 to me! :)
Do I look like 23 year old lady? :p

Stay tuned to the Main story of my Birthday celebration on my next post! :)
