A colorful 2012!

Today is the last day of 2012!
I've been hearing loud music and fireworks that make me feel that this is it, 2013 is coming.
But before welcoming the new year, lets go back in time in terms of:

FAMILY
-There are so many bondings I spent with my family. We went to Boracay together last April, to Occ. Mindoro last August and to Bohol last October.
-Valentines together at Imperial Palace!
-A lot of Chu's dates happened! The notable ones were when we went to Manila Ocean Park together last October as my treat and dined at Conti's, Trinoma this December as her treat! :))
-My relatives from Australia went home to celebrate my Mommy Lola's 80th birthday!:) I created a special video from my Grandma!
-We celebrated our every birthday with great joy and lots of foods!:)
-Lost one of our dogs, King girl!:(
-Attended KCON 2012 at MoA Arena and Feast every Sunday with my family.

CAREER
-ITIL Certified!
-Received two awards! Hurray! Congrats to me!:)
-Few bonding moments happened. One was Team Building at Laguna last March! Hopefully more to come next year!:)

FRIENDS
-Had dinner dates and reunions!
-Saw Nhery for three times this year: had massage at Bejewelled Spa and dined at Stackers last March; dined at Banana Leaf last October and at Super Bowl this month.
-Pikselot Reunions are the best!:) I am happy with the friendship, achievements and revelations!:)) We had massage and Banapple date last May, surprised Pam on her birthday and dined at Amici for her treat last July, then dined at Buffet 101 as Mela and my treat last October and dinner at Cafe Mary Grace as year ender date!
-Had CoE bonding at Batangas last May!
-Mini dates with Hazel at Sweet Pea! :)

LOVE
-Thankful with my boyfriend, Levi with all his efforts and time for me!:)
-Had dates whenever we want to!:)
-Experienced hard times but got through it!
-Went to Zoobic Safari to celebrate our 5th Anniversary! Made a special video for my love!
-Lots of surprises like on my birthday, on Christmas!:) Honey made me a surprise special video!
-Had our first out of town together at Pahiyas Festival!:))
-Went to Boracay with family and Batangas with friends!:)

MYSELF
-Had almost monthly massage!:)
-Tried 5 nail arts!:p Strawberry, Hello Kitty, Floral, Pink french tip and Ribbon!
-Became more "mabait", i think! Haha!
-Watched a looooot of movies in Cinemas!
-Super dined in Eat All You Can restaurants: Imperial Palace, Tramway, Dad's, Roboto San, Casa Filipino, Vikings and Buffet 101.
-Bought myself a cellphone: Sony Ericson Xperia Ray last July! :p
-Saw Lee Min Ho at Smart Araneta with Cha! Woohoo!!
-Made photobooks! Wee! :)
-Saved for Emergency Fund! More next year!



Oh 2012, thank you very much for making me better!:)
I know I am not perfect but I choose to be happy!
I am hopeful for 2013!:))
I've read that for the first 2 quarters will be not so good but I will make it turn around! It may not be good but I know ALL IS WELL!!:)
Everything has a purpose and I will learn from it.




My new year's resolution: to exercise, to travel and save more, to start my business ideas and to be more patient!:)
I can do this!;)

December 2, 2012: CHU'S DATE @ TEMPURA

I had a weekend rest day so I am free to date my sister.

She was longing to eat here in Tempura, one of our favorite resto in town! :)

What we ate? Of course, our favorite Ebi Tempura! Hehehe! :)

We were so full not only with the food but with memories!

December 9, 2012: LEVIJENERI DATE @ SUPER BOWL

The "LeviJeNeri" date unexpectedly started last October. Read here!

So Nhery and I wanted to see each other for Christmas and Levi was there to fetched me! 

And boom, we had dinner together at Super Bowl, Trinoma! 

Oh we ordered two plates of rice! Hahaha! We love to eat!

Then we walked and talked and had coffee at Starbucks to unwind! 

For sure, this is just the start and more bonding to come next year! Woohoo! :)

December 15, 2012 - CHU'S DATE @ CONTI'S

I love my sister! I had another date with her this month!

This time, it's her treat! We had this lovely dinner @ Conti's.

We love the food and the ambiance!

I remembered that time I was really full because we ate a lot of rice, pasta and cake!! 

Thank you, Chu! I love you! And I treasure every date we had! 

Next time, hopefully, my big sister will come with us! YEY! 

It will be more fun! :)

December 18, 2012: DATE WITH HAZEL @ SWEET PEA

This date was one week overdue and thank God, it happened! :)
Hazel was one of my first friends at work and we decided to dine together!
We were really hungry by the time we met because it was too late (we were busy with work?? hehe).
So we decided to eat here. It's my second time and I guarantee that their cakes are the best! :))
Thanks Hazel for this wonderful time! I know this isn't the last time. Hope Mich will come too! Wee! :)

December 27, 2012: LEVIJEN RAMEN DATE @ TOKYO TOKYO

My boyfriend and I were dating weekly. Sometimes, we date when we like it.

We do that because it is spending quality time together. Bro. Bo taught us that it's better to have dates with our loved ones and this is one of those which I shared with my Instagram.

It's a Ramen date since we love to watch "Naruto" and Naruto loves Ramen! hahah! We love it too! :))

December 30, 2012: PIKSELOT YEAR ENDER DATE @ CAFE MARY GRACE 

[Added 1/4/2013]

My high school barkada are planning to see each other for Christmas but it was always rescheduled.

This was the day when Pam sent us a message that she wanted to see us just for a Coffee or Milk Tea.

And boom, 3 of us met! We had dinner at Cafe Mary Grace, Trinoma and had milk tea at Gong Cha! :p

I love it! We will see each other on January! 

Thank you God for my loved ones. I know whatever happens, they will stand by me.

They will fight for me, with me! :)

Thank you! Time is gold. Time is important and they are important.

I treasure every moment I spent and will spend with them! 

Pictures are forever and my love for you all is for a lifetime! :)

It's MERRY Christmas after all :)

Thank God I had a good schedule.
I had my rest days from December 23 - 25 and these were exactly the dates that we had to celebrate the birth of our Lord.


December 23: Yearly Family Reunion (father side)

This was the start of me feeling the Christmas vibes!
We went to Cavite to give gifts and receive (yahoo) and sing our hearts out!
We also performed unexpectedly. We danced the medley we had last August when my grandma celebrated her 80th.
And danced the "Gangnam Style"!

It was fun filled day! Yahoo!


December 24: Noche Buena

Christmas was our Lord's birthday so we attended "Simbang Gabi".
Then we had our Noche Buena full of sweets! HAHA!

OMG! I was so happy with the Baked Mac cooked by my sis! My favorite!! :D
And for the second time, we danced the Gangnam Style! (Can't get enough of this!!)

December 25: Family Bonding

So we had our socks put on the Christmas tree for Santa! :D I had mine filled with money!! Thank you, Santa (or should I say Mom and Dad :p)

Then I received gifts from family and friends! Thank you!! Mwaa!

My boyfriend surprised me again with his gift!!
So he gave me a brown wrapped gift and when I opened it, it was a blue watch with little note.
The note says that his another gift was with my sister! So my sister gave it to me and it was a striking gold watch with another little note.
It says his another gift was with my Dad! hahah! So funny moment! And that was a Citizen gold watch that I really want to have!! OMG!


Thank you Honey! My reaction was priceless! :D

Then after the gifts opening, we went to QC Circle (just like last year) that afternoon to walk and breathe the fresh air!

There were many people! Oh Christmas breeze!


Thank You God for my loving family! Thank You for my colorful life!
Happy Birthday and we love You! :)

True LOVE is real

If I will have a family in the future, I would love it to be like my family.
If I will have a husband, I want it to be like my Dad.
If I will be a wife, I want to be like my Mom.

My parents are my idols.
They raised us well. Our house is beautiful and well-maintained.
Our education is high level. We become what we are because of them.

I get inspired with the love they are sharing.
They may have ups and downs but it's more on "love", really!

For 31 years, they are married.
They are a proof that true love exists, that a marriage can really lasts a lifetime.

They plan, execute and now they are happy.

Today is the last time we have a same number date.
Today, there are many weddings happenings, celebrations, parties..
Today is even our company's year ender party..

And where am I?
Today will be just like ordinary day..
Today I have work. I won't come to our year ender party which made me sad.

Hey, I started this day with a simple yet lovely date with my Honey.
It was unexpected. We ate his favorite pizza flavor as of this moment: Hawaiian @ Yellow Cab and our favorite WinterMelon milk tea @ Moonleaf.

Just a random moment when we had a quality time together.
Yes, it may not be grand but it was touching.
Now, I should still be grateful!:)
Today, I will have more fun!

Champions, ARISE!:)

It's a time of the year which my siblings anticipate.. 

Time for KERYGMA Conference 2012! :)

This is the third time that I'll be attending and every year, the experience is new!

From Youth then Singles, now it's Career and Leadership streams!

You read it right, two streams in one conference.

And the theme is Champions, Arise!! Oh yes! This all happened in SM MoA Arena and SMX!:)

I am with my siblings, cousins and boyfriend! We are all in RED "Claim the Victory" T-shirts which were free when we bought our early bird tickets. :)

[Day 1] November 24, 2012: Opening Ceremony and Career Stream

The Opening ceremony is like a concert, yes, it's a concert for God! :) We are blessed!

We had our Career Stream with Ate Jopai, Kuya Gary and Jhoven on Day 1.

Others were in Business stream and Catholic Faith.

What I learned: Even if we are surrounded with bad vibes, we should always be positive in life.
Hardships at work are only challenges that will make us stronger and better! We should not be fear, but rather face our fears!

On this day also, I saw Jamie! She also attended the same stream but we had different accompany! I'm so tall, o! HEHE! Kidding, Jamie! ;) I also saw my "Pares" Jean and Cha unexpectedly! :)

[Day 2] November 25, 2012: Leadership Stream and Grand Feast

So my boyfriend and I attended the same stream on Day 2 which is Leadership stream! :)
What I learned: Just this: LEADERSHIP is INFLUENCE.

On Grand Feast, I was surprised with our guest, the one and only, Lani Misalucha! She was superb!!

We are all Champions! We should claim our victory! Our goals will come true.
We may be experiencing "rain" now, but the "sunshine" will come!
GREAT things will come to us! God won't abandon us! :)

Then as we end our fruitful weekend with the birthday celebration of my big brother! Yahoo!

I bought the 15" Greenwich Hawaiian Overload Pizza that's super yummy and box office! LOL!

We are all blessed!

I am blessed and thankful!

My first Photobook

Upon seeing a great deal of Photobook online, I grabbed it right away! To think, it's only less than a thousand pesos from four thousand!
A very affordable deal, I must say and I confirm it upon receiving the result personally.

You know, I am familiar with this "new" thing about Photo albums. They say, Photobooks are the photo albums of the new millenium and I totally agree. In the States, these stuffs are so common. The first time I saw one was my Cousin's wayback years ago.
I told myself, I have to have my own!
And it came true.

After purchasing the vouchers of Photobook Worldwide, I created my own version. The first one was my trip to Hongkong last year!:)
I downloaded the software, collected the pictures and designed the album!
It just took 3 days to deliver the finished product (from Malaysia)! And my reaction: TWO THUMBS UP!

Great quality. Nice paper. Fast delivery. Ohh I so want to finish the others now!!! Inspiration level is at its peak.

I am so happy that one of the goals I wrote in Novena to God's Love is coming true and this is it: to have hardcopies of my travels that I will definitely cherish!
Photographs last forever! :)
Happy and satisfied me!

Oceanic Chu's Date

Last October 14, my sister and I went to Manila Oceanpark. It was her first visit here!:)

It was my birthday gift to her! Imagine the delay! Her birthday was on April and this happened last October! HAHA! But nevertheless, we went for it! :)

I availed a Metrodeal voucher to have big discount! :) Our first stop was Oceanarium! :)

I know my sister was happy to see the dolphins, the stingrays and other species. :)
I was happy too! I love this!

Then we went to the Bird show! :)
It was damn hot but we didn't care! The show was amazing!

Then the highlight of our trip was the Sea Lion show! OMG! They were so great and very entertaining!:)
This was really a must see, I tell you!

Then our final stop was the Trails to Antarctica! I saw real penguins!:)

To finish off our Chu's date, we dined in North Park! :)

I really love my sister! Thank you for making my life more beautiful!

Girls just wanna have fun and eat and travel! :D

Love Language

I was reading a blog post when this quiz pumped and I clicked it right away.

It is knowing my love language.

And I totally agree! I want to spend quality time with my loved ones, to travel with them, to have dates and bonding moments! Oh, I love it! :)

Lee Min Ho made my day!

The super hot Lee Min Ho was in the Philippines for his Bench endorsement.
I love him ever since Boys over Flowers and especially in City Hunter.

I'm one of those who go gaga over him! Haha!
And when I heard he's coming, I told myself, "Sayang! I won't be able to see him since I don't have tickets and I have work!"
But when something is meant for someone, it will come.





My friend since elementary was gracious enough to remember me when her friend's ticket is available. Oh yeah! I grabbed it right away!!








Before going to work last Friday, Nov. 16, I went at Araneta Coliseum to see Lee Min Ho! We were in Patron standing. :)








OMG! Those eyes, smile, cheeks.. Perfection! I took a lot of pictures on my digicam and cellphone.
He was so kind and gwapo!! There was question and answer portion where I got to see his humility! There were games, also!









Overall, it was fun! Thank you Lee Min Ho for coming to the Philippines and for making us happy! You really made our day! We love you!
